1. Nature of Our Services

Twin Flames Hearts Desire offers spiritual coaching services. These services are not a substitute for the care of psychologists, physicians, or other licensed healthcare professionals. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that we are not licensed psychologists or healthcare professionals, and that our coaching is not medical advice, psychotherapy, or treatment of any kind.

2. Crisis Resources

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are having thoughts of suicide, please call or text 988 (the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 right away. In a life-threatening emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. Coaching Method

By participating in Ascension Coaching with Leesie at Twin Flames Hearts Desire, you understand that coaching is delivered through the Mirror Exercise as taught by Jeff and Shaleia in their book, Twin Flames: Finding Your Ultimate Lover.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are final. Digital purchases, including channeled readings and digital meditation files, are non-refundable.

Certain products consist of digital content, digital services, online courses, and other immediately accessible offerings. By purchasing products of Twin Flames Hearts Desire, the customer expressly requests and consents to immediate access and immediate commencement of performance. The customer acknowledges that access to the purchased content and services begins immediately upon purchase and that, where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has commenced.

Coaching services may be canceled at any time, and no refunds will be given for cancellation. We reserve the right to end the coaching relationship and to remove any coaching client at our discretion. If we choose to end the coaching relationship, we will refund the value of any unused, prepaid sessions. Fees charged by our payment processor are retained by that processor and are non-refundable.

5. Private Session Scheduling

Private sessions are booked online. Clients must contact us at least 24 hours before a scheduled private appointment to reschedule. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late forfeit that session. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless the client gives more than 24 hours' notice.

6. Group Session Policy

There are no makeup days, refunds, reimbursements, or coaching conversions for a missed or unattended group session on a day a group is held. Because of the sensitive nature of group work, those arriving late may forfeit their participation in that session.

7. Digital Products and Immediate Access

Certain products consist of digital content, digital services, online courses, and other immediately accessible offerings. By purchasing these products, you expressly request and consent to immediate access and immediate commencement of performance. You acknowledge that access begins immediately upon purchase, and that, where permitted by applicable law, any statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has begun.

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe and respectful environment for everyone. We may remove any student or client, without refund, for conduct including cultivating hostility, repeatedly making sessions about themselves at the expense of the group, being disruptive, or harassing or bullying any client, coach, student, or affiliate of Twin Flames Hearts Desire, Twin Flames Universe, or the Church of Union.

We reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available to us under applicable law in the event of unlawful conduct.

9. Confidentiality

Each student and client agrees to respect the confidentiality and privacy of others in our containers. You agree not to share another participant's private information disclosed in a session or class without consent.

10. Recording and Notes

Recording of any kind is prohibited in our classes. Students may take handwritten or typed notes. Missed classes will not be reimbursed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Twin Flames Hearts Desire and its contributors are not responsible for any improper or incorrect use of the information provided through our services. We assume no responsibility for decisions made by participants, including any decision not to seek appropriate medical, psychiatric, or counseling assistance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
